"When children start drawing people for the first time at the age of 2/3, they only draw a head with big eyes and 2 sticky legs, no body. Scientists think this is how very small children perceive adults. At their eye level they first see feet and legs, and when they look up, the child sees a head with big eyes, because the adult bends forward to the child. These drawings are called head-footers.
"The headfooters were made for an performance art festival in 2006 called "sequences" in Iceland. The head-footers were developed together with the art group "the icelandic love cooperation", 3 very nice girls! http://www.ilc.is The video-eyes from the head-footers are from 2 of these girls. from NEPCO - http://nepco.wordpress.com/2012/01/17/head-footers/ "
